Account and Data Deletion for Clear Count (mobile app)

This page explains how to request deletion of your Clear Count account and associated data.
How to delete your account
In the Clear Count app, go to Account and tap Delete Account.
If you cannot access the app, email admin@valueplaylabs.com from your account email address with subject line: Account Deletion Request.
What data is deleted
Your account profile (email/account record)
Drink history and related logs
Custom drink entries and user settings stored with your account
Photos and other user content associated with your account (where applicable)
What may be retained
Limited records required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, or accounting purposes
System logs and backups for a limited retention period
Deletion timeline
We process deletion requests within a reasonable time, typically within 10 days.
Some backup copies may persist for a limited period before automatic deletion.
Subscriptions and billing
Deleting your Clear Count account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by Google Play or Apple. Please cancel active subscriptions through your app store account settings.
